Glow Window Cleaning provides residential and commercial window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, pressure washing, and holiday light installation services throughout the Coachella Valley. The scope of work, pricing, and scheduling for any service will be agreed upon between you and us before work begins. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion.

Quotes & Pricing

Quotes we provide are estimates based on the information available at the time and the condition of the property as described. Final pricing may vary if actual conditions differ from what was described, such as the number, size, accessibility, or condition of windows and surfaces. Any significant changes to the scope or price will be communicated to you before additional work is performed.

Scheduling, Access & Cancellations

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas being serviced at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access the property or perform the service due to circumstances outside our control, additional charges may apply. We ask that you provide reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment so we can accommodate other customers.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept the payment methods communicated to you at the time of booking. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to additional fees, and we reserve the right to decline future service for unpaid accounts.

Satisfaction & Re-Service

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within a reasonable time after the service so we can address your concerns. We may, at our discretion, return to re-clean the affected areas. This does not constitute a guarantee against normal re-soiling caused by weather, sprinklers, wind, dust, or other environmental factors.

Property Condition & Liability

We carry liability insurance and take care to protect your property while performing our services. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions, including but not limited to faulty or aged windows, screens, seals, frames, scratched or hard-water-etched glass, or improperly installed fixtures. We will notify you if we identify any such conditions, and we are not liable for damage that results from these pre-existing issues.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glow Window Cleaning's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site.
